What is Level 5 in the compressed air filtration rating standard?

In ISO 8573-1:2010 “compressed air Part 1: pollutants and purity grade” standard, the filtration grade of compressed air is defined by three key indicators: solid particles (particle size and concentration), water (dew point temperature) and oil (oil content). Among them, “Grade 5” refers specifically to the purity grade of solid particles.

according to this standard, the level 5 particle grade indicates that the maximum allowable particle diameter is ≤ 5 μm, and the number of particles in the air per cubic meter cannot exceed 1,000,000 (that is, 1 × 10)/ m³).
