Among them, the grade of solid particles (such as Class 1) clearly defines the maximum allowable particle size and concentration-Class 1 requires that the concentration of particles &le; 0.01 \u00b5m should not exceed 20,000\/ m\u00b3 (Within the specified particle size range), and need to be achieved by efficient filtration technology.<\/p>\n<h2>0.01 micron vs 1 micron: the filtering accuracy is not equal to the level directly corresponding<\/h2>\n<p>note:<strong>the nominal accuracy of the filter (such as 0.01 \u00b5m or 1 \u00b5m) only reflects its physical interception capability and is not equivalent to ISO 8573<\/strong>. Class 1 cleanliness depends not only on the accuracy of the filter element, but also on the test method, airflow stability, no leakage downstream and complete purification system (including pre-filtration, Main filtration, adsorption and other links).<\/p>\n<p>A 1 micron filter can only meet the requirements of Class 4 or Class 5 particles in ISO 8573-1 (for example, Class 5 allows &ge; 1 \u00b5m particles &le; 5,000,000\/ m\u00b3), Class 1 cannot be reached separately.
